Project's Objectives

Project’s objectives:
- Promoting volunteering and the importance of the volunteering activities both for the communities’ development and also for the personal and professional development of the volunteers involved
- Valorizing the experiences gathered through volunteering and identifying new support mechanisms for valorizing the experiences within the volunteers’ CVs
- Promoting volunteering to over 5000 students in Bucharest through implementing a volunteering campaign
- Promoting Youth in Action and its opportunities
- Promoting 2011 as the European Year of Volunteering
- Promoting cooperation between the NGOs and developing new project ideas
- Promoting the volunteering campaign to the National Students’ Union’s members – www.unsr.ro
- Creating a volunteering campaign format to be replicated as well in the participant countries
- Promoting volunteering for social entrepreneurship.
